DENTURE HELP
The government estimates that over 14,000 dentures are lost in care homes and hospitals annually. Making new dentures is extremely time-consuming and costly if you can access a dentist. This option is to copy or improve existing dentures using modern technology. You don't need to be a dentist. You need access to a suitable scanner, Email, and a registered dental lab, as outlined in the video below.

HOW TO SAVE TIME AND MONEY
This illustrates the traditional method for creating dentures, which typically requires four visits. However, it can be done in a single visit as long as the original denture is not lost. Crafting a new denture from scratch is considerably more challenging than enhancing an existing one, even if it’s just giving it a fresher appearance. |

COPY A DENTURE DIY
Ideally, we would prefer that dentists to visit care homes regularly, but it's not financially viable in many areas. Hygienists and dental nurses typically offer more affordable options. However, if you’re unable to get assistance from them, you can actually copy dentures yourself. This guide explains how I did it, and one day you’ll be able to do it on your phone. |
