Child Advice

ENSURE YOUR CHILD GETS INTO A ROUTINE OF CLEANING THEIR TEETH TWICE A DAY.
IN THE MORNING AND LAST THING AT NIGHT.

AVOID SNACKING WITH SWEETS OR SUGARY DRINKS BETWEEN MEALTIMES.

IF THEY HAVE SWEETS, HAVE THEM ONLY ONE DAY A WEEK, OR AROUND MEALTIMES.
